Make a wet cell battery, explore the effect of using different metal electrodes on output, and consider ways to reduce the number of discarded batteries (STEM/NGSS focus).

99 Cent Science will demonstrate activities created inexpensively. These relate to the NGSS science practices of inquiry, developing models and planning and carrying out investigations. Some of the activities are: Cheesy Rock Cycle, My Blood is Red Hot and Edible Faults. Grades 7-8
