What Colors Your World? Quick, Easy and Cheap Biotech Activities for Biology and Chemistry
In this hands-on workshop, learn how natural and synthetic pigments can be extracted and separated based upon molecular properties. The use of biotechnology separation techniques cuts across the chemistry and biology curriculum, and are easy to bring into the classroom. Grades: 7-13+
